Verstegen Juspoeder Vero 2 kg is a professional base for preparing a rich, classic meat gravy. This dry mix is ideal for heavy use in hospitality, catering and large kitchens. With only 80 grams of powder per liter of water you can quickly create a full, flavorful gravy that pairs perfectly with meat dishes, stamppot or fried potatoes. The composition contains wheat flour, salt, flavourings (contains soy), monosodium glutamate as a flavour enhancer, vegetables such as tomato, onion, parsnip and leek, colouring (caramel), milk powder, spices, salmiac, natural flavour (contains celery) and lovage. Note: this product contains allergens such as gluten, milk, soy and celery.

Packed in a sturdy 2 kg container, this gravy powder is easy to dose and has a long shelf life when stored dry and cool. An efficient solution for kitchens that want to serve a tasty gravy quickly and consistently.
