Knorr Espagnolesaus (18 liter) is a convenient sauce powder for preparing a rich, lightly thickened espagnole sauce as a base for sauces and pan juices. With the 1.35 kg can you make up to 18 liters of sauce, so you can quickly prepare a consistent sauce base. The sauce pairs well with meat, vegetables, game and dishes with a Mediterranean touch.
