The smoky aroma from malt dried over birchwood makes this dubbelbock special. The Bolder Bock is a dubbelbock; a regular bock beer is usually between 6 and 7 percent alcohol. Dubbel means ‘heavier than usual’. Ours clocks in at 7.5 percent.
