This elegant wine combines freshness with depth and is made from a harmonious blend of Sauvignon Blanc (80%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Semillon (10%). The grapes are carefully selected from vineyards situated at 260 to 300 meters altitude, only 10 kilometres from the sea, which gives the wine its lively freshness and mineral character. Silver Mine Rosé has a beautiful salmon-pink colour and entices with aromas of tropical fruit, cranberry and light citrus. On the palate the wine is delicate and dry, with a fresh entry that evolves into an elegant burst of red berries and a clean, refreshing finish. Thanks to its natural freshness and fruity balance, this is an ideal wine for summer days, aperitifs or light dishes.
