The Nestor Green Jalapeño Rings are sliced rings of green jalapeño peppers, canned in natural vinegar with a touch of salt, and stabilized with calcium chloride (E509). This product (3 litre tin) is developed for professional use in horeca, catering, mezebars and bulk consumption. The peppers provide a mild to medium heat and a fresh tangy-zesty flavour – ideal as a garnish on pizzas, in salsas, Mexican stews or spicy dressings.
