Monin Blackcurrant Puree has a fresh berry flavour with a slightly tart edge. This puree is ideal for drinks where a strong fruit taste is desired. It instantly adds more flavour and a deep colour to cocktails, mocktails and spritz drinks. The blackcurrant flavour holds up well with strong spirits such as gin, vodka or rum, but also works excellently in non-alcoholic mixed drinks. Thanks to its full composition the fruit taste remains clearly present, even in cold and blended drinks. The convenient squeeze bottle allows quick and precise dosing, which is handy in hospitality and home bars. A robust base for fresh, pronounced fruit drinks with a distinct cassis note.
