Preparation:

1. Sprinkle the contents of the sachet into a pan with 1500 ml cold water and bring to the boil while stirring with a whisk.

2. Once the soup is boiling, add the diced chicken and sliced leek rings.

3. Put the lid on the pan (not completely closed) and let the soup simmer gently for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Variation tip: Replace the chicken with 125 g sliced mushrooms and, shortly before serving, add 100 g smoked chicken breast and 150 g drained sweet corn!
