With an impressive content of 77% ground peanuts, this mix delivers an authentic, rich peanut flavor that is both creamy and mildly spicy. The sauce is easy to prepare and provides consistent quality, ideal for busy kitchens that need to work quickly and efficiently. Mix 1 part sauce mix with 2 parts lukewarm water and bring to a boil while stirring. Let the sauce simmer briefly over low heat. The sauce can be kept warm au bain-marie if desired (minimum 65°C).
