This elegant Cava is made from Xarel·lo (40%), Macabeo (35%) and Parellada (25%) grapes, grown on the sunny hills of Torrelles de Foix, south of Barcelona. After a second fermentation the wine matures for about 12 months on the bottle, resulting in a lively mousse and fine, persistent bubbles. In the glass it shines pale yellow with green reflections, while the aroma reveals subtle notes of brioche, flowers, citrus and ripe white fruit. The taste is fresh, fruity and harmonious with an elegant balance between acidity and creamy tones. Dignitat Cava Brut is perfect as an aperitif, but also delicious with tapas, a prawn cocktail or light cheeses.
