Monin Blueberry Puree (1 Liter) has a soft berry flavour with a light freshness. The taste is less tart than other berries, making this puree easy to use in cocktails, mocktails and smoothies. It gives drinks a deep colour and a clear fruity flavour without overpowering. The puree blends well and remains stable in cold and mixed drinks. This makes it suitable for both classic cocktails and modern fruit drinks. The blueberry flavour pairs nicely with gin, vodka and sparkling water, but also works well in non-alcoholic creations. Thanks to the practical squeeze bottle, dosing is quick and precise, which is convenient in both hospitality and home use. A versatile fruit puree for drinks with a soft, full berry note.
Ingredients
Sugar, blueberries (pieces and puree) (50.1%), natural flavouring, colourings: black carrot and hibiscus extracts, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid.
