Making oliebollen has never been easier than with the ready-made oliebollen mix from Koopmans. Just add water and mix well and you’re ready. You can optionally enrich the oliebollen mix with apples and currants. Let the batter rise for 30–40 minutes for best results. Per kilo you can make approximately 50 oliebollen. In total this bag of ready-made oliebollen mix for professional use is therefore good for 250 oliebollen.
