The products we sell are in stock. If you order before 12:00, you will often have it at home the next day. For larger quantities we may need to reorder first. What is the delivery time for chilled and frozen products?
If you order on working days before 14:00, you will receive your chilled or frozen products the next day. During checkout you can also choose your delivery day. We will ensure it is delivered on the date that suits you.
For chilled and frozen products there are additional shipping costs of € 11.95. The extra costs for chilled delivery are always clearly shown at checkout. That way you know exactly what to expect in advance.
Your chilled and frozen products are delivered by Socool. This delivery is specially arranged for products that must remain chilled or frozen. This ensures your products arrive at the correct temperature and in good condition.
Yes. Your entire order is delivered in one go, even if you order both chilled and non-chilled products. That way you receive everything in a single delivery and can get started right away.
You will receive an email from us with the track and trace, so you know exactly when the order will be delivered. If you’re not at home at the time of delivery, the order will be offered again the next day. Via the track and trace you always have the latest information at hand.
Does a product arrive thawed or not in good condition? Please contact our customer service immediately. Preferably also send a photo of the product and the packaging. We will then look for a suitable solution with you right away.
Because these are perishable products, chilled and frozen products cannot generally be returned. Is there something wrong with your order? Please let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to resolve it for you.
Garantie & reparatie
That is unfortunate and we will resolve it. Please report it via our return form. Here you can indicate which items are damaged and add a photo directly. You can also indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement item.

Retouren & annuleren
Returns are simple:
- Go to our return form and enter your order number and e-mail address.
- Indicate for each item what you want to return and the reason.
- Enter your own address and submit the request.
- Once the request has been reviewed by us, you will have the option to create a return label.
- Attach the label to the original box and drop it off at a DHL, DPD or PostNL location
All costs will be reimbursed except the costs you incur for returning the item.

Do you have a complaint about the service as you experienced it? We kindly ask you to report this by e-mail, regular post and/or by phone. Our staff will process your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction.
Returns
The entrepreneur reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notified him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait to reimburse until he has received the product or the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The entrepreneur will use the same means of payment for the refund that the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
Compliment.nl applies a 14-day cancellation period for returns.
Within the return period the item should, where reasonably possible, be in the original packaging, undamaged and unsoiled.
Returns must be complete. If it appears that parts are missing your return will not be processed.
You can indicate via the return form whether you would like a replacement product.
If you have received the wrong item or an item with a defect it must always be returned. All return costs are for us as the retailer.
You can report damage to received items within 48 hours of receipt of your order by e-mail or phone.
It is not permitted to return items after the return period, unless it concerns a warranty.
If you want to return a defective item for a valid reason, all costs within the warranty period are for us; we do ask you to fill in the return form.
If you want to return a defect outside the warranty period, it is possible that part or all of the costs will be charged to you; we do ask you to fill in the return form.
Refund period & processing time
After processing your return you will be informed about the status and further procedure.

Invoices
It is not possible to change your address details on an existing invoice.
Business customers do not receive an invoice with their order but a packing slip. An invoice can be requested later via [email protected]
What do we consider a justified complaint?
This is justified if it was not caused by:
- Damage caused deliberately or through negligence
- Improper use or negligent maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from not following or correctly following the instructions for use
Returning is simple:
- Go to our return form and enter your order number and e-mail address.
- Indicate for each item what you want to return and the reason.
- Enter your own address and submit the request.
- Once the request has been reviewed by us, you will have the option to create a return label.
- Stick the label on the original box and drop it off at a DHL, DPD or PostNL point
All costs will be reimbursed except the costs you incur for returning.

Returns
The trader reimburses all payments of the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the trader for the returned product, without undue delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notified the trader of the withdrawal. Unless the trader offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with the refund until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent back the product, whichever is earlier. The trader uses the same means of payment for the refund that the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
Compliment.nl applies a 14-day withdrawal period for returns.
Within the return period items should, where reasonably possible, be in the original packaging, undamaged and clean.
Returns must be complete. If it appears that parts are missing your return will not be processed.
You can indicate via the return form whether you want a replacement product.
If you have received the wrong item or an item with a defect it must always be returned. All return costs are for us as the retailer.
You can report damage to received items within 48 hours of receipt of your order by e-mail or phone.
It is not permitted to return items after the return period, unless it concerns a warranty.
If you want to return a defective item for a valid reason, all costs within the warranty period are for us, however we ask you to fill in the return form.
If you want to return a defect outside the warranty period? It is possible that part or all of the costs will be charged to you, we still ask you to fill in the return form

It is justified if it is not caused by:
- Damage caused intentionally or by negligence
- Improper use or negligent maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to not following or not properly following the instructions for use

Wat is de levertijd voor gekoelde en diepvriesproducten?
Bestel je op werkdagen vóór 14:00 uur, dan heb je jouw gekoelde of diepvriesproducten morgen al in huis. Tijdens het bestellen kun je ook zelf een leverdag kiezen. Wij zorgen dan dat het geleverd wordt op de datum die jou goed uitkomt.
Voor gekoelde en diepvriesproducten gelden extra verzendkosten van € 11,95. De extra kosten voor gekoelde levering zie je altijd duidelijk terug in het afrekenen. Zo weet je vooraf precies waar je aan toe bent.
Je gekoelde en diepvriesproducten worden bezorgd door Socool. Deze levering is speciaal ingericht voor producten die gekoeld of diepgevroren moeten blijven. Zo komen je producten op de juiste temperatuur en in goede staat bij je aan.
Ja. Je hele bestelling wordt in één keer geleverd, ook als je zowel gekoelde als niet-gekoelde producten bestelt. Zo heb je alles in één levering binnen en kun je meteen door.
Je ontvang van ons een mail met de track and trace, zodat je precies weet wanneer de bestelling wordt bezorgd. Ben je toch niet thuis op het moment van bezorgen? Dan wordt de bestelling de volgende dag nog een keer aangeboden. Via de track and trace heb je altijd de actuele informatie bij de hand.
Komt een product ontdooid of niet goed aan? Neem dan meteen contact op met onze klantenservice. Stuur het liefst ook even een foto mee van het product en de verpakking. Dan kijken we direct met je mee naar een passende oplossing.

Returns are simple:
- Go to our return form and enter your order number and e-mail address.
- Indicate for each item what you want to return and the reason.
- Enter your address and submit the request.
- Once the request has been reviewed by us, you will have the option to create a return label.
- Attach the label to the original box and drop it off at a DHL, DPD or PostNL point
All costs will be refunded except for the costs you incur for returning the item.

The entrepreneur uses for the refund the same payment method that the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
Compliment.nl applies a 14-day withdrawal period for returns.
When returning, items should, where reasonably possible, be in the original packaging, undamaged and clean.
Returns must be complete. If parts are missing, your return will not be processed.
You can indicate via the return form whether you want a replacement product.
If you received the wrong item or an item with a defect it must always be returned. All return costs are covered by us as the retailer.
You can report damage to received items within 48 hours after receipt of your order by e-mail or phone.
It is not allowed to return items after the return period, unless it concerns a warranty.
If you want to return a defective item for a valid reason, all costs within the warranty period are covered by us; we do ask you to fill in the return form.
If you want to return a defect outside the warranty period, it is possible that part or all of the costs will be charged to you; we do ask you to fill in the return form
Credit period & processing time
After processing your return you will be informed about the status and further procedure.
The entrepreneur refunds all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait to refund until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the product back, whichever is earlier. For a return within 14 days the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded.
Invoices
It is not possible to change your address details on an existing invoice.
Business customers do not receive an invoice with the order but a packing slip. An invoice can be requested later via [email protected]
What do we consider a valid complaint?
It is valid if it was not caused by:
- Damage caused intentionally or by negligence
- Improper use or negligent maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by not following the instructions for use or not following them correctly
Retourneren is eenvoudig:
- Ga naar ons retourformulier en vul je ordernummer en e-mailadres in.
- Geef per artikel aan wat je wilt retourneren en met welke reden.
- Vul je eigen adres in en verstuur het verzoek.
- Zodra het verzoek door ons is beoordeeld, heb je de mogelijkheid om een retourlabel aan te maken.
- Plak de label op de originele doos en lever het in bij een DHL, DPD of PostNL-punt
Alle kosten worden vergoed behalve de kosten die u maakt voor het retourneren.

Retouren
De ondernemer vergoedt alle betalingen van de consument, inclusief eventuele leveringskosten door de ondernemer in rekening gebracht voor het geretourneerde product, onverwijld doch binnen 14 dagen volgend op de dag waarop de consument hem de herroeping meldt. Tenzij de ondernemer aanbiedt het product zelf af te halen, mag hij wachten met terugbetalen tot hij het product heeft ontvangen of tot de consument aantoont dat hij het product heeft teruggezonden, naar gelang welk tijdstip eerder valt. De ondernemer gebruikt voor terugbetaling hetzelfde betaalmiddel dat de consument heeft gebruikt, tenzij de consument instemt met een andere methode. De terugbetaling is kosteloos voor de consument.
Compliment.nl hanteert een retourtermijn van 14 dagen herroepingsrecht.
Binnen het retourneren is indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk, in de originele verpakking, onbeschadigd en onbevuild.
Retouren dienen compleet te zijn. Als blijkt dat er onderdelen ontbreken wordt uw retour niet in behandeling genomen.
U kunt aangeven via het retourformulier of u een vervangend product wenst.
Wanneer u een verkeerd artikel of een artikel met een fout heeft ontvangen moet deze altijd terug. Alle retourkosten zijn voor ons als winkelier.
U kunt schade aan ontvangen artikelen binnen 48 uur na ontvangst van uw bestelling melden via e-mail of telefoon.
Het is niet toegestaan artikelen na de retourtermijn te retourneren, tenzij het een garantie betreft
Wilt u een defect artikel retourneren op basis van een gegronde reden, dan zijn alle kosten binnen de garantietermijn voor ons, wel vragen wij om het retourformulier in te vullen.
Wilt u een defect buiten de garantieperiode retourneren? Dan is het mogelijk dat een deel of alle kosten door worden berekend naar u, wel vragen wij om het retourformulier in te vullen
Crediteringstermijn & verwerkingstijd
Na het verwerken van uw retour zult u geïnformeerd worden over de status en verdere gang van zaken.

Facturen
Het is niet mogelijk om uw adresgegevens te wijzigen op een bestaande factuur.
Zakelijke klanten ontvangen bij bestelling geen factuur maar een pakbon. Een factuur is later opvraagbaar via [email protected]
Wat zien wij als een gegronde klacht?
Deze is gegrond als deze niet veroorzaakt is door:
- Beschadiging door opzet of door nalatigheid
- Onoordeelkundig gebruik of nalatig onderhoud
- Normale slijtage
- Beschadiging door het niet of niet juist in acht nemen van de gebruiksaanwijzing
